The Campaign

  • Used as a primary marketing tool to get CHI employees excited about a new patient record program

The Problem

Getting the whole CHI community to change the way they do business.

CHI is implementing a new information based system called One Care for all their hospitals, and they needed video content to support the new program. One Care is a shared universal health record that connects patients, doctors, nurses, and hospitals together, and keeps all information accurate and up to date. Though the program itself is of tremendous value to the community, it requires a new way of doing business – and this needed to be communicated to every employee.

The Solution

Caleb Young, Dave Richards (sound mixer) and JayRay’s Kathleen Deakins flew to Denver to attend a major conference with CHI key stakeholders. While there, they captured b-roll and interviews that discussed the value and plan for One Care moving forward . Kathleen scheduled a series of interviews during the conference  – a tight schedule that went very smoothly.

The result is a video that is both inspiring and informative – pointing to a future where a patient’s history and information is just a click away.
